Pros: - Kind and friendly staff. All the staff were so accommodating that they would do above and beyond to make you feel like home. Thank you. - Great location. It's near everything. - It's clean and quiet. - Bottles of water were provided as complimentary during our stay.

We ordered King Rooms and it was big. Even we pay more for breakfast it was also cheap. They have carpark building too.

The location is not far from the main road of Kelapa Gading Area. I was offered room upgrade upon check in. Very nice gesture of the receptionist lady. My room is located at the very end of the building, which I requested a quiet room.

I like the location, the hospitable and friendly staff especially the lovely receptionists Belinda and Rahma. The breakfast buffet (60K Rp) is good. The room is spacious and cozy. I would definitely rebook.

i like the hospitality of your amazing Team, while waiting check in time, i waited at the komunal resto and offered lunch express package by Dorland and her team. Taste of food, restaurant vibes and the hospitality were great so decide to enjoyed dinner at the resto instead of going out. definitely will be back for sure once i come to Jakarta next time. thanks for made my day ❤️
